I never did catch on to the popular television series upon which this movie is based. I've watched maybe two episodes in their entirety so I was a could test case to see how this movie could stand on its own. The two FBI agents, Sculley (Gillian Anderson) and Mulder (David Duchovny) are assigned to investigate paranormal activities. Mulder and Sculley must piece together what a government building explosion was used to cover up. The travel around picking up clues to lead them to what is the biggest conspiracy of all time. The plot was complex, and it kept me in suspense the entire time. If you're a fan of the show, you've probably already seen this movie. If you're not already a fan and you enjoy a little mystery mixed in which some science fiction and intrigue, open up the X-Files. |
