A Simple Plan |
||
|
How does a simple movie about a simple plan make such a great movie? It is great because the audience is placed in the situation with the same dilemmas and wondering, "What would I do?". Two brothers (Bill Paxton and Billy Bob Thornton) and a friend find a plane wreck in the woods. In the plane, they find the dead pilot and a huge sum of money. How do you manage to keep all the money and keep it a secret? The principals are constantly faced with decisions to make in their continuing effort to keep everything a secret. Before you know it, they're in deeper then they had ever wanted, and you are right there waiting to see the resolution. This was a pleasant surprise movie for me. Great story and fine cast combine to make a real winner here. |
